Rex Taylor is Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Management Controls & Internal Audit responsible for overseeing key global strategic business activities and orchestrating corporate functions across the organization. Additionally he is responsible for evaluating and recommending improvements to the Firm’s systems, policies and procedures for controlling operational, technological, financial, and reputational risk.

Mr. Taylor has an MBA in Operations Management from Columbia's Management School of Business and prior to joining Boggess Asset Management he served as PwC's Head of AD&I in the Financial Services Practice. Rex has over 25 years of professional experience managing complex environments spanning Delivery Execution, Financial Oversight, Technology, Recruiting, and People Management. 

During his professional services career, Mr. Taylor directed engagements for the world's largest Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, Hedge Funds and Insurers, building an extensive base of knowledge and experience.

Rex received a BA from Brown University and a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
